After leasing our office in Hancock Plaza for 15 years, it was time to build something for ourselves. That's when the idea for Hamon Storage came about. As home builders, we've rented several storage rooms around Canyon Lake, and there were problems with all of them. We've done our best to avoid their mistakes.

We broke ground in December 2020 and built Phase 1, which had over 100 storage units. After leasing up Phase 1 we started planning for additional units. Phase 2 started in 2023, and finished in February 2024. We now have almost 200 units, over 100 of which are climate controlled.

Building this storage facility, with offices, warehouses, and apartment has been the largest undertaking we've done at Hamon Homes...and one we're very proud of. If you want to see an example of our work, drop by our design center.
