There’s a saying at Canyon Lake (well, maybe), that whenever we start building a house, it’s going to rain.
Thankfully, this time we were able to sneak everything in around mother nature’s plans without too many delays.
Every house we build is stick framed from the ground up and thoroughly inspected before the sheetrock goes up.
Nothing prefabricated is used, and we’re on the job every day to solve any problems that come up.
It’s always a bit of a fire drill to get the plumbing, AC, and electrical roughed-in as well as the roof on it before insulation and sheetrock.
While I don’t have pictures of it, you can trust me when I say 3-4 different crews were there every day for a week to get the job done.
